The truth is, our high-networth (HNW) and ultra high-networth (UHNW) counterparts are not focused on transferring financial wealth to the next generation—they are building entrepreneurial dynasties.

\nThey are building dynasties that focus on transferring FIVE forms of wealth in FOUR different directions for THREE consecutive generations.

Led by Dr. LaTanya White, this first-of-its-kind training will provide in-depth insights into the Dynastic Wealth™ Framework, an evidence-based approach for wealth transfer in Black business families.

\nAbout Concept Creative Group: First-generation Black and Hispanic wealth creators are faced with uniquely complex challenges in their pursuit of economic independence. These barriers include mindset and identity construction, lack of family participation, implicit bias in entrepreneurship ecosystems, and historically documented government policies that have perpetuated inequity. CCG is uniquely positioned to assist organizations in advancing racial equity by centering belonging, racial access, context, and equity for Black and Hispanic founders in their praxis, programming, and policies.

\nAbout the Retreat: Created by Dr. LaTanya White, the inaugural Dynastic Wealth™ Family Retreat will provide Black entrepreneurs and other founders of color, along with their families, access to training, mentoring, and feedback on building their family dynasty. Experts in genealogy, entrepreneurship, estate planning, and family business will lead interactive and in-depth workshops to help more black families preserve, package, and protect their family's Dynastic Wealth™. 
\nAbout Dr. White: Dr. LaTanya White is the recipient of the North Star and Innovative New Scholar awards for entrepreneurship education and research. She is an expert in belonging, racial equity, and entrepreneurship. As a result of her leadership, impact, and contributions to the Education and Business Administration sectors, Dr. White was recognized by the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright Specialist. She leverages her research and expertise on Black entrepreneurship and the racial wealth gap to help inclusive entrepreneur support organizations create racial equity in their policies, praxis, and programming. Dr. White is a 2x author, TEDx Speaker, and Founder of Concept Creative Group, a professional and management development training firm focused on empowering Black entrepreneurs, their families, and their communities.
