DESCRIPTION:This is a short but powerful event to enhance your knowledge about the traditional mas culture of carnival and the passing down of historical knowledge through the generations.Taking place in Hackney - the borough with the most registered Carnival Mas Bands in London!
\nThe 2-hour in person event will comprise of a screening of an interview with Garvey Campbell Director of Carnevale Network, Rena Kydd-Williams of R Consultancy / Soca Sagaboys & Vitaly Bender of Minute business videos in the first hour, then having an opportunity to discuss the content and thoughts which arise in the 2nd hour. Light refreshments will be available. Lift access to the 2nd floor of the library is available.
