I saw a cheaper price the other day, will you price match?

Unfortunately, Social Scene does not price match, refund, or offer additional credits. Prices might go up or down as different promotions are offered. We encourage you to purchase your ticket at the lowest prices ASAP to avoid this issue.

What do I need to check in?

Please be prepared to show your Eventbrite ticket with QR code on a mobile device or a printed ticket.

Do you provide transportation?

Shuttle service is available at “some” events. Check ticket types above if available.

Unable to attend?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds, but we do allow tickets to be transferred to a friend or credit up to 1 year. Simply login to your Eventbrite account, select transfer and edit the attendee info.

General Terms

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following:

-Participating patrons assume all liability for any persons consuming alcohol while on the vehicle.

-I understand and agree to the refund policy stated in the Event Description that allows for up to a 1-year event credit, but no cash refund.

-Excessive damage and excessively dirty vehicle condition will be charged to the patron at a rate reasonable to rectify the damaged or unclean condition.

-Social Scene shall not be held responsible for any injuries incurred while on board the vehicle or at bar locations throughout the duration of the event.

-Patron waives any and all claims against Social Scene in the respect of personal injury, damage, inconvenience, delay or any other matter arising from or incidental to a breakdown of or any accident involving the vehicle.

-Social Scene will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather and other conditions beyond it’s control. If, in the opinion of Social Scene , conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service from point of origin or at any point en route, Social Scene will not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damage for any reason whatsoever.

-Social Scene reserves the right to refuse to transport or entrance to a person or persons under the influence of excessive alcohol, or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle or venue.
