Thank you for securing your ticket to the Millie CEO Summit. We’re excited to welcome you into a powerful, transformative experience. Please read our policy carefully:
All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
Illness or medical emergencies
Travel delays or cancellations
Scheduling conflicts
Issues related to employment
Denied claims through third-party refund protection services
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. Tickets cannot be exchanged for access to a digital replay or future event credit if you’re unable to attend.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets are delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours of purchase, it is your responsibility to contact us at [email protected]. We are not responsible for email delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues outside of our control.
Fraudulent Disputes & Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. In the event of a dispute initiated with your bank after acknowledging these terms, we reserve the right to challenge and pursue the matter through our legal team or collections agency.
If a dispute is resolved in our favor, your access to all Millie CEO Summit products, services, and future event attendance may be revoked.
Promotional Pricing & Discounts
Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts, early-bird pricing, or flash sales on tickets. These offers are limited-time and cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased tickets.
If you purchased your ticket at full price or a different rate than a later promotion, you are not eligible for a refund or price adjustment. This policy ensures fairness and consistency across all sales.
Ticket Resale
Reselling or transferring your ticket at a price higher than face value is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your ticket without refund.
Changes to the Event
Event speakers, sessions, locations, and times are subject to change without notice. Your purchase guarantees access to the experience, not specific speakers or panels. Refunds will not be issued due to lineup or schedule changes.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed by reviewing the policy prior to your purchase.
Vendor Refund Policy
We are thrilled that you’ve chosen to showcase your brand at the Millie CEO Summit. Please carefully review our vendor policy before reserving your booth.
All vendor booth fees are final and non-refundable. Due to the extensive planning, logistics, and promotional efforts involved in producing this event, no refunds will be issued for any reason once a vendor spot is secured.
This includes—but is not limited to—cancellations due to illness, staffing issues, schedule conflicts, or financial hardship. We strongly recommend vendors secure appropriate insurance or backup staffing in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If the Summit is rescheduled or canceled by the organizers, vendors will be given the option to transfer their booth reservation to a future date or receive a refund, at our sole discretion.
Vendor Booth Package & Additional Charges
Each vendor package includes:
(1) 6ft table
(2) chairs
(1) wastebasket
Additional services such as extra furnishings, shipping, and labor must be arranged separately by the vendor and are subject to additional fees. These costs are not included in the booth reservation and will be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Important Note
Before securing a vendor package, please make sure you've been approved to be a vendor at the Summit, otherwise your purchase may be refunded.
Once approved as a vendor, by submitting payment for a vendor booth, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy in full. Vendors who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of this policy may forfeit future eligibility and face collections action.
