Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your participation in the WayMaker Men's Summit, organized by WayMaker Media and its affiliates. By registering for or attending the event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Event Participation
   By attending the WayMaker Men's Summit, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks related to your involvement in the event. WayMaker Media and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.
3. Event Changes or Cancellations
   WayMaker Media reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without prior notice. In the case of cancellation, registered attendees may be eligible for a refund of registration fees, if applicable, at WayMaker Media's sole discretion.
4. Code of Conduct
   All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
   All content presented at the WayMaker Men's Summit, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and workshops, is the intellectual property of WayMaker Media and its presenters. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from WayMaker Media.
6. Media Release
   By attending the event, you grant WayMaker Media permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and other recordings of you for promotional purposes. You waive any rights to compensation for the use of such media.
7. Data Use Policy
   By attending the WayMaker Men's Summit, you acknowledge and agree that WayMaker Media, WayMaker, and its affiliates will collect and use certain data for multiple purposes. This includes but is not limited to registration details, contact information, and demographic data. We may share this information with third-party partners, vendors, and sponsors to enhance your event experience, provide marketing communications, and improve future events. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Liability Waiver
   I, the undersigned, do hereby release, acquit, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless WayMaker Men’s Summit, WayMaker Media, WayMaker, and any of its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, personnel, or representatives from any actions, damages, or liabilities arising from any injuries or property damage sustained during my participation in the WayMaker Men’s Summit and/or resulting from the treatment of any illness, sickness, or accident incurred during the event. This release applies to all claims, known or unknown, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity.
   In consideration for being permitted to attend and participate in the activities conducted at the WayMaker Men’s Summit, I, on behalf of myself, my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, do hereby release, waive, and forever discharge WayMaker Men’s Summit, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all loss, damage, claim, demand, action, or right of action, including but not limited to bodily injury, personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, which may result from my participation in any activities or events associated with the WayMaker Men’s Summit.
   Additionally, I grant WayMaker Men’s Summit permission to use my name, photograph, quotations, likeness, and any recordings of my participation for any promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes, without expectation of compensation.
   This release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. Should any portion of this agreement be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full legal force and effect.
9. Govering Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the event is being held, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance of Terms
    By attending the WayMaker Men's Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
