By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Free Tickets & Waitlist:
    • Tickets for the Pink Goes Red event are available on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity is limited.
    • While tickets are free, registration is required to secure your spot.
    • If the event reaches capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist. Should space become available, you will be contacted in order of registration.
  2. Waiver:
    • All participants are required to sign a waiver upon arrival at the event. This waiver acknowledges your understanding of the event’s activities and your consent to participate.
  3. Photos & Videos:
    • Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By registering, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be used by the event’s organizers, chapter, and fitness partners for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  4. Event Cancellations or Changes:
    • In the event that the event must be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any travel or other related expenses incurred by participants.
  5. Health Considerations:
    • Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider if they have any health concerns or conditions that may impact their well-being. This seminar is designed to be inclusive and supportive, allowing individuals to engage at their own comfort level.
  6. Behavior and Safety:
    • Participants are expected to follow all event guidelines and safety protocols. If a participant is disruptive or not adhering to safety instructions, they may be asked to leave the event.
  7. Ticket Transferability:
    • Tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to release your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Event Details

The Mental Health Forum: Cultivating Wellness Together is a three-hour event designed to educate, empower, and connect individuals with mental health resources.

The forum will begin with a keynote address or panel discussion focused on trauma, highlighting its effects and healing strategies.

Attendees will then participate in QPR Suicide Prevention Training, equipping them with life-saving intervention skills.

The event will also feature three interactive sessions covering grief, stress/anxiety, and depression.

A Mental Health Crisis Van will also be on-site, offering immediate support, crisis intervention, and connections to local mental health services.
