This year the most popular cultural event, the popular 32nd African/Caribbean International Festival of Life (IFOL), has moved from its historic location Washington Park, to its sister, Jerk, Seafod & Vegas Fest location at Park 540 at 24th and State Street, Chicago South Loop. It will feature the best of Reggae, Caribbean, Africa and other wolrd music, with a taste of food from some thirty vendors selving up a variety of watering cuisines, and much more.
