About Derek Garlington: 

Derek Garlington is a multidisciplinary artist and healer through the modalities of movement, sound and storytelling. 
 
As a 2x MMA champion and yoga instructor he’s combined the two practices into his own unique discipline, Martial Asana. Sonically, he conducts sound baths to calm and cleanse the spirit through vibration. 
 
Whether feeling his movement practice, hearing the healing vibrations or seeing his stories, each of Derek’s creations are sure to take you on a spiritually immersive experience.
