Stipulations, Rules, and Guidelines for DineNoire’s Black Bar & Restaurant Week Vouchers
By purchasing and using a DineNoire Black Bar & Restaurant Week Voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Each voucher is valid for one-time use and must be presented at the time of ordering.

4. Event Cancellations by DineNoire
In the rare event that DineNoire cancels Black Bar & Restaurant Week in its entirety, ticket holders and voucher purchasers will be notified with available options, which may include rescheduling or credit toward a future event. No guarantees of reimbursement or alternative arrangements are made.

 
5. Agreement to Policy

This Transfer Policy applies to all purchases made through DineNoire Black Bar & Restaurant Week. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 
1. No Transfers or Exchanges
All vouchers and event tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or designated recipient. Once a voucher or ticket has been issued, it cannot be transferred, exchanged, or reassigned to another person or event.

 
2. No Modifications
