Small Business Clinic

Through panel discussions, small workshops, and one-on-one consultations, attendees will learn more about legal issues and concepts that are critical to the success of small businesses including business formation, intellectual property, contracts, dispute resolution, real estate, employment, and tax planning. 10am to 5pm. Founded on June 3, 2019, the Black Connect community is converging on New York City, May 30 - 31, 2024, to celebrate the organization's 5-year anniversary. Since our founding in 2019, Black Connect has worked tirelessly to provide Black entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals with tools, programs, and services that remove barriers to building businesses and generational wealth.
