Media Authorization
I hereby grant Black Tech Saturdays, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video footage of me and my participation in the event listed above. I authorize Black Tech Saturdays to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
I agree that Black Tech Saturdays may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and Web content.
I acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these photographs and videos, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph or video.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Black Tech Saturdays from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I acknowledge that if I am purchasing tickets for people other than myself that I have made them aware of the terms of the media authorization form.
