#BlackHealthCon '25 - Find Your Community:More Than Ever

1. Registration and Payment: All attendees must register and complete payment before the event.Ticket purchases are final, and all terms regarding refunds are outlined in the Refund Policy.
2. Ticket Policy: Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 30 days prior to the event (see Ticket Transfer Policy).
   Ticket upgrades or changes are subject to availability and additional fees.
3.  Event Access: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.
   Social events are strictly 21+ and require ID for entry (see Age Restriction Policy).
4.  Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and adhere to all event rules.
   The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.
5. Liability: The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
   Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
6. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue as needed.
   In case of cancellation, refer to the Cancellation Policy for details on ticket refunds or transfers.
7. Photography and Media Release: By attending, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
8.  Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event purposes and will not be shared without your consent.
9. Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for event disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 30 days before the event.

In the unlikely event that Black Health Con 2025 is canceled by the organizers, all attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Please note that the organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Tickets for Black Health Con 2025 are transferable under the following conditions:

Transfer Deadline: Ticket transfers must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the event.

How to Transfer: Log in to your registration account to update the attendee information directly.

Transfer Rules:

1. The new attendee must meet the eligibility requirements for the ticket type (e.g., age restrictions for social events).
2. Any upgrades or changes to the ticket type must be requested separately and are subject to availability and additional fees.

All transfers are final, and no refunds will be issued after the transfer is completed.

Conference Attendance:
The Black Health Con 2025 conference is open to attendees aged 21 years and older. 

Social Events:
All social events, including the D.C. Mixer, Black Health Ball, and other evening gatherings, are strictly 21+. A valid government-issued ID will be required for entry to these events.
