Refund Protection is a service that may help you in the event you'd like to get a refund on item(s) in this order. Refund Protection is a service that is powered by a third party Booking Protect.

Please review the general terms of Refund Protection very carefully below.

Unexpected disruption of the public transport network you could not have reasonably known about before the date of the booked event.
An injury, or an illness affecting you or a member of your immediate family.
Death happening to you at anytime before the booked event or a member of your immediate family within a 4 week period of the booked event.
The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event.
Jury service which you were unaware of at the time of the booking.
Burglary or fire at your residence in the 48 hours immediately before the booked event that required the attendance of the emergency services.
You being summoned to appear at court proceedings as a witness which you were unaware of at the time of booking.
You being a member of the armed forces and being posted overseas unexpectedly.
Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police services or other Government agency have issued warnings not to travel. You must provide confirmation of relevant road closures from the Police or the relevant Government agency.
You being relocated permanently for work by your employer at the time of booking more than 100 miles from the booked event which you were unaware of at the time of booking or you are unexpectedly made compulsory redundant.

The booked event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, curtailed or relocated.

You cannot provide a doctor’s report for injury or illness.
You cannot return all unused tickets or vouchers forming part of the booking.
Your sole reason for not attending is due to another member of your group no longer being able to attend for any reason.
You are unable to attend a booked event because you are unable to obtain a visa to travel.
You decide not to attend a booked event other than for a reason included within this Booking Refund Protection.
You are prevented from traveling to a booked event due to disruption of the public transport network which is public knowledge prior to the booked event.
You are being relocated temporarily for work by your employer at the time of booking or you have applied for relocation more than 100 miles from the booked event.
You can recover any part of the booking.
In our reasonable opinion, you did not allow sufficient time to travel to a booked event.
You carry out a criminal act which prevents you attending a booked event.
You are prevented from traveling to a booked event due to an outbreak of a contagious disease and the Government or any agency acting on behalf of the Government has imposed a ban on travel.
You make a false or fraudulent refund application or support a refund application by false or fraudulent document, device or statement.
You submit your refund request more than 45 days after the booked event.

Join us to tailgate ahead of the Chicago Football Classic in the South Lot of historic Soldier Field! Sponsored in part by Morehouse College National Alumni Association!

If you want to ensure you are parked with the group, a caravan will leave Mariano's Parking lot (16th and Clark) at 10:15 AM to claim a section in the Soldier Field South Lot. Catered by Windy City Ribs and Whiskey until exhausted. BYOB. Bring something to share.

LOCATION
Tailgating takes place at Soldier Field in the South Parking Lot.

TIME
11:00am - 4:30pm - NFL/Bears Rules will apply. No tailgating is allowed past the first quarter. All patrons must enter the stadium or exit the parking lot. Early arrival is suggested.

COST
$40 Parking Fee - YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO THE FOOTBALL GAME TO PARK YOUR CAR. Pedestrians don't need tickets to tailgate. $10 early registration fee and $15 onsite fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Buses may park at the Adler Planetarium Lot (for a designated fee), just northeast of Soldier Field. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking is available for Buses, Limos, and RVs/Campers at http://soldierfield.clickandpark.com/.

Campers/Recreational Vehicles may park at the Adler Planetarium Lot (for a designated fee), just northeast of Soldier Field. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overnight parking is not permitted in parking areas.

Cars must be parked in marked stalls. Patrons cannot buy or save parking spaces for tailgating or late-arriving patrons, and backing into parking stalls is not permitted.

Hours of Operation & Access Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff. All patrons must leave the parking facilities two hours after the game's conclusion.

Garages/Parking Decks Oversized trucks, trailers, buses RVs/Campers are only allowed to park in the Adler Planetarium. Stretch limousines with coupons are limited to less than 25' in the North Garage on a limited basis. No cash will be accepted at the North Garage, Waldron Deck, and South Lot parking entrances.

In and Out privileges are not permitted.

Policies:

The following elements are NOT allowed in enclosed parking garages or open-air lots:
Advertising banners or displays
Disorderly conduct
Grills/open fires are prohibited in enclosed garages and the lower level of Waldron Deck (allowed in open-air surface lots)
Picketing or political campaigning
Saving parking spaces
Tents of any size
Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
Weapons, fireworks

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the North Garage and the Waldron Deck.

VEHICLE SEARCH
Vehicles parking in the open-air lots in the garages adjacent to Soldier Field are subject to a security search by authorized personnel.
