This Change Makers event will explore the connection between mental wellness, movement and self-empowerment. This session will feature guided yoga to promote relaxation and focus, alongside meaningful discussions on managing stress, building resilience and fostering a positive mindset. Participants will also engage in empowering conversations about emotional well-being, confidence, and self-worth while affirming their inner strength and self-love.
