Four powerhouse instructors bring their unique styles to the stage, creating an experience that has everyone sweating, moving, and feeling unstoppable. Amber kicks things off with her Squats + Juke Music class, a glute-focused burner that combines heavy lifts and high reps to build strength and sculpt serious lower-body power. Following her, Kat brings the heat with her Cardio Kickboxing class—an action-packed session blending powerful strikes, heart-pumping combinations, and nonstop energy to ignite endurance and confidence. Next, Ron keeps the momentum going with his high-energy step aerobics, blending fast-paced footwork, explosive cardio, and electrifying beats that keep the crowd fired up. To bring it all home, Sid leads his Yogaletics session, a dynamic fusion of yoga and athletics designed to stretch, strengthen, and center the body after all the intensity. From start to finish, the event is a celebration of movement, community, and the power of fitness to bring people together! All donations from this event will go directly towards the Chicago Outdoor Fitness and Dance Festival to help create an even bigger and better experience for all.
