Their successful efforts in securing public funding have led to the creation of new senior center nutrition sites, revolutionizing the way services are provided to seniors in these areas. This groundbreaking community-based service model has become a blueprint that has been replicated citywide, transforming the lives of countless seniors. Join us in celebrating the incredible impact of CHSCC and their unwavering commitment to improving the lives of senior citizens.

We are excited to announce that CHSCC has expanded to three (3) sites, providing quality programs, activities, and services to over 4,000 seniors in Central Harlem and beyond! Our mission is to enhance healthy living through education, socialization, and advocacy while maintaining the dignity and self-worth of our seniors. Join us at our Central Harlem/Kennedy Center, St. Nicholas Center, Lincoln Houses Center, and Beatrice Lewis Center for a variety of engaging activities. Let's age gracefully together!
