- $200 (after the $25 deposit) early bird ticket cut off deadline December 15, 2023
- $225 (after the $25 deposit) if paid between December 16, 2023 - May 17th 2024
- Late bird $250 (after the $25 deposit) if paid between May 18, 2024 - July 12, 2024
