Plus, first-time incoming freshmen and transfer students can bring along a parent or caregiver with a complimentary guest pass. Additional family members, HBCU alumni, and other guests are welcome with a $10.00 fee.

But that's not all! Pre-registered first-time incoming freshmen and transfer students who provide proof of paid enrollment/orientation fee and/or housing deposit for the Fall 2024 semester by 5:00 pm, Friday, June 7, 2024, will be eligible for our fantastic footlocker/trunk incentive (while supplies last).

Event Summary

More Details

The send-off event is tailored for Cleveland-area freshmen students bound for college and undergraduate upperclassmen returning to a Historically Black College or University for the fall of 2024. Serving as the culmination of the council's yearly dedication to offering comprehensive educational support services, this event aims to assist students in reaching their chosen "Destination HBCU." Through this event and the generosity of our partners and donors, we can sustain the vital work we do in service of both individual and collective educational institutions.
