Imposter syndrome and workplace anxiety are silent struggles for many professionals—especially in environments where you’re expected to “perform” success while managing stress behind the scenes.
Join us for a transformative conversation featuring:
Reggie Smith – A trauma-informed therapist, U.S. Army veteran, and former corporate leader who’s turned his lived experiences with anxiety, childhood trauma, and career pivots into a mission to help Black professionals reclaim their confidence and peace.
Turquoise Banks – A collaborative, holistic therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients navigate imposter syndrome, burnout, and microaggressions through CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based therapy.
You’ll walk away with tools to:
- Reframe imposter syndrome
- Manage stress and anxiety in real time
- Set boundaries and prioritize well-being
- Own your success with clarity and pride
