About our Facilitator
Meet Shala Massey! Shala is a certified sociocracy trainer and leadership coach dedicated to creating liberatory spaces. Deeply committed to dismantling systemic barriers, Shala collaborates with communities and organizations to reshape power structures and create environments that nurture liberation and empowerment. Her work centers on facilitating the development of sustainable, regenerative social structures, empowering community leaders and organizers to navigate change with vision and impactful leadership. Through her support, Shala hopes to co-create a future where communities can thrive in resilient, equitable and liberatory spaces.
