In this class you will learn a new form of meditation. Learn some new rope ties. Release whatever it is you might be carrying that you no longer want to carry into this new cycle. Recharge. Connect with self and/or others and so much more. There will be complimentary bites by Sweetsmeats and other food for purchase. There will be drinks for purchase at the bar.
