3. Event Entry: Admission to the Gangsta Party is contingent upon a valid ticket or pass. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Merchandise: All merchandise is sold as-is without any warranties. Please inspect your items upon receipt, as we will not be able to offer exchanges or refunds.

5. Cancellation or Changes: In the rare event of cancellation or significant changes to the event date, time, or venue, information will be provided on how affected ticket holders will be accommodated. However, the non-refundable policy remains in effect for all other circumstances.

6. Liability: Participation in the Gangsta Party is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

7. Compliance with Rules: All attendees must comply with event rules, venue policies, and the law. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

- Non-Refundable Items: This policy covers all items sold by the Gangsta Party, ensuring that tickets, merchandise, and any other purchasable items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Exceptions

While our policy is to not offer refunds, we understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. However, please note that exceptions to our policy are extremely rare and are considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

 Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the Gangsta Party is canceled or significantly postponed, attendees will be notified regarding the procedure for dealing with such circumstances, which may include holding your ticket for a rescheduled date or other considerations. However, this does not guarantee a refund.

 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

Please take care to keep your tickets and merchandise safe. The Gangsta Party is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and merchandise. Such items will not be replaced or refunded.

- Event Postponement: If the Gangsta Party is postponed to a later date, ticket holders will have the option to retain their tickets for the new date or, depending on circumstances, may receive other forms of compensation, subject to organizer discretion.

- Event Modification: Should the event undergo significant modifications (e.g., changes in location, lineup, or schedule), attendees will be informed promptly, with details on how these changes affect their participation.

 Attendee Cancellation

- Non-refundable Tickets: Please be reminded that all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and this policy includes instances where an attendee can no longer attend due to personal reasons.

 Item Transfer Overview

This policy applies to all items purchased in connection with the Gangsta Party, including but not limited to event tickets, merchandise, and any other goods or services.

 Conditions for Transfer

- Eligibility: Only items that have not been redeemed or used are eligible for transfer. For example, event tickets must not have been scanned or validated for entry, and merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.

- Verification: Both the original purchaser and the recipient must provide necessary verification details as required by the event organizers. This may include identification details, purchase confirmation numbers, and other relevant information.

- Deadline: Item transfers must be completed by a specified deadline prior to the event. Please refer to the event’s official communication or contact our customer service for the exact timeline.

 Transfer Process

1. Initiation: The original purchaser must initiate the transfer by contacting the Gangsta Party customer service team, providing all required information for both the original purchaser and the recipient.

2. Verification: Upon receipt of the transfer request, our team will verify the eligibility of the items for transfer and the identity of both parties involved.

3. Approval and Confirmation: Once verified, the transfer will be processed. Both parties will receive confirmation via email, with the recipient receiving the necessary information to claim the transferred items.

 Restrictions

- No Resale for Profit: Items may be transferred at no more than the original purchase price. Selling items for a profit is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the transfer and possible barring from future events.

- Limited Transfers: An item can only be transferred once. Subsequent transfers are not permitted.

- Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Transferred items remain non-refundable, and this policy does not affect the event’s refund policy.

 Liability

The Gangsta Party organizers are not responsible for disputes arising from private agreements for the transfer of items. The transferor assumes responsibility for the choice of recipient and any financial transactions between them.

 Changes to Policy

The Gangsta Party reserves the right to update or modify this Item Transfer Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of ticket holders and participants to stay informed of any changes.

 Age Restrictions

- Age Limit: The Gangsta Party is an 18+ event. Valid photo identification is required at the entrance.

- Alcohol Consumption: Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. ID will be required.

- Professional Recording Equipment: Without express permission from the event organizers.

- Large Bags or Backpacks: All bags are subject to search. Oversized bags may be refused or require storage in a designated area.

 Behavior Guidelines

To maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment, the following behaviors are prohibited:

- Violence or Threatening Behavior: Including fighting, harassment, and intimidation.

- Unauthorized Solicitation: Distribution of materials or soliciting attendees without prior approval.

- Intoxication: Excessively intoxicated guests may be asked to leave for their safety and the safety of others.

- Disruption: Interfering with performances, obstructing pathways, or any actions that disrupt the event.

 Dress Code

- Appropriate Attire: We encourage creativity and expression but reserve the right to deny entry to anyone wearing attire deemed inappropriate or offensive by event management.

- Gang Affiliation: Clothing or accessories that signify gang affiliation are strictly prohibited.

 Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Restriction Policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, and in certain cases, involve law enforcement.

 Liability

Attendees assume all risk associated with participation in the Gangsta Party, including but not limited to injury, harm, or loss resulting from policy violations.

 Acknowledgment
