Shanklin Hall and Gingerbeet continue their partnership as part of SH Food Incubator Program. Gingerbeet presents a Vegan Dinner packed with Cajun and Creole flavors. Founded by Executive Chef Jenny Lawrence, Gingerbeet is a plant-based cuisine and beverage company based in Washington, DC offering sumptuous dishes that are not only vegan but also gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free. Chef Jenny draws inspiration from her Louisiana roots, infusing her vegan creations with the vibrant flavors of Cajun and Creole cuisine bringing a taste of New Orleans to DC and the DMV.
