Our focus is on recognizing those who have built strong BRAND IDENTITIES, made a significant IMPACT, and have become INFLUENTIAL in their respective industries. Join us as we honor these inspiring young women and their incredible accomplishments.

We are honoring black girls under 21 years old globally in 18 categories.
