Ticket Policy

Attendees must present a digital or printed confirmation at check-in.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

In the rare case of event cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a refund or reschedule option.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

This is a family-friendly, faith-based event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the event with no refund.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
The event organizers, Lit Java, and affiliated partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

This event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes across media and platforms.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform staff upon check-in.

Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
We encourage hand hygiene and respect for personal space during the event.

Bingo prizes are awarded based on game rules announced at the event.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or alternative items unless specified.
The hosts' decision on winners is final.
