Calling All HBCU Alums/Chicago Party Goers. Come Roll With Us For The Inaugural Edition of the HBCU SPRING FLING! Morgan MFG. 401 N. Morgan. This event is intended to be a celebration of HBCUs, as well as a celebration of the City of Chicago! As one of the founding members of the annual Bayou Boogie Viewing Party, (Jefferson Tap, Juniors, Bacardi At The Park, Market in the West Loop, and now Joe's on Weed Street) I've had numerous people ask me over the years to host something similar during the Spring and Summertime months. This event will afford me an opportunity to do just that.
