Start your morning with intention, connection, and a whole lotta sweat. Join us at 8:00 AM for community check-in—then get ready to HIIT it.
We’ll kick off a high-energy, full-body HIIT workout at 8:15 AM sharp, followed by a 15-minute cool down session to bring your body back to balance.
At 8:45 AM, the Chill begins.
Picnic-style blankets will be laid out for lounging and connection, alongside a custom coffee + matcha station to fuel your post-workout high. A live DJ will be present keep the vibes high and mellow while you chill and connect with good people.
