You understand that this prize giveaway is solely sponsored by Field of Dreams Visionary Center, Inc. Therefore, you agree not to defame anyone's character in the media and to any third-party individual, company, politician, or agency. You agree to bring all disputes to Field of Dreams Visionary Center first before any legal representation is brought into the matter, to try to amicably reconcile, and if there is no agreement, you agree for the dispute to be heard by an arbitrator chosen by Field of Dreams Visionary Center, Inc., to resolve any issues or concerns amicably for all parties.
