Event Summary
In 2021, Juneteenth became a Federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans.
The holiday marks the anniversary of the final announcement proclaiming the freedom for slaves in Texas on June 19, 1865.
Our Annual Juneteenth GOLF Classic and Celebration GALA is a charity event that includes a morning golf tournament and evening GALA of food, drinks, music silent auction and more. The net proceeds from both events are donated to underserved golf programs throughout the Metro East region.

The Juneteenth Celebration GALA (June 17, 2023) is a Sneaker Ball. Get your after five attire and your favorite pair of sneakers ready for this celebration event.
What better way to celebrate Black Excellence than with a Black Tie event and your favorite kicks?
You get to look great and dance the night away.
Come ready to enjoy this evening of elegance and celebrate the progress that has been made since June 19, 1865. There will also be a Black Wall Street silent auction and reception, plated dinner, guest speakers, music, networking and more.
The Juneteenth GOLF classic (June 18, 2023) offers golfers the opportunity to compete and network for a great cause. The event spotlights small businesses throughout the community, offering opportunities for them to introduce their product or services to golfers at selected holes throughout the golf course.
