Live-Virtual (Zoom) tickets are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event start

Live-In Person tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to event start.

Previous Year's Recording Purchases are instantly delivered and non-refundable

Merchandise may be exchanged in case of error in fulfilment or damaged product, however return shipping is not provided.

Cancellation Policy

In the highly unlikely event that Juneteenth Legacy is canceled, parties will receive a refund (less the cost of any merchandise already shipped) or may opt to apply their ticket price to the next event and receive a free upgrade in tier.

Virtual public Broadcast Tickets and Live-Virtual (Zoom) tickets may be transferred at any time.

Live In-Person tickets may be transferred at any time, however, we may be unable to accommodate additional dietary restrictions for tickets transferred less than 7 days prior to event.
