The event organizers, venue management, and affiliated parties are not liable for any such incidents, except as required by law.
 
9. Photography and Recording: Photography, audio recording, and video recording may be restricted during the concert at the discretion of the event organizers. Unauthorized commercial use of recordings or images captured at the event is prohibited.
