What is the 2024-2025 Lessons in Leadership Series? Stories can be powerful learning tools, and every successful leader has one. The IMPACT Leadership Development program will feature a senior, highly accomplished leader from Chicagoland every month. Each one will share their story of challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned across their career. These stories will aim to capture our Fellows' imaginations and create a sense of hope and purpose.

Who will be the featured speaker? Kimberly M. Foxx, the first African American woman to lead the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, was elected in 2016 with a focus on criminal justice reform, transparency, and public safety. She previously served in roles as a prosecutor, child advocate, and Chief of Staff for Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.
