LikeMinded is a networking social series curated by The Connect. Hosted on the third Thursday of the month, LikeMinded brings together Black + Brown professionals from a litany of industries for a night of great conversations and genuine connection. Come find your tribe with us!
Here's what to expect:
A welcoming environment: For us, networking is fellowship. In order to do that, we curate spaces that are elevated, but not exclusionary. The music will be just the right volume (we're not tryna yell all night), and all of our attendees are eager to meet and find ways to collaborate, elevate, and innovate with each other!
Meaningful conversations: While LikeMinded is generally an open-format networking social, we offer a prompt of the day that can help break the ice and guide conversations with folks you meet.
Bites + Beverages: Shanklin Hall will have a selection of bites + beverages available for purchase.

Founded in Philadelphia, we help cities attract, retain, and cultivate diverse professional talent. Through valuable programming, resource sharing, and talent pipelining, we help build more equitable cities.
