Lingerie Conversation Series is one of our intimate support communities where we hold a safe and confidential space for Black women/femmes to discuss sexual liberation free from the patriarchal design. These discussions are intended to be an environment where participants can explore their sexual desires and process the ways white dominant culture has impacted their sexualities.(Reclaim your power, sis!) It is a mixture of playful banter and heartfelt reflections. Imagine a sleepover, girl's night and bachelorette party all in one. And all participants are required to wear lingerie/intimates, which is intended to be a symbol of empowerment and radical vulnerability, hence the name “Lingerie Conversation Series.” This event will be hosted by blackbyrd initiative founder/CEO, Shanize Byrd.
It is also a VIRTUAL event that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home or safe place!
What to expect?

There will be a curated playlist to set the vibe, playful interactive activities and meaningful discussions where you have free space to express your sexuality. You will also receive an original work assignment that can be used to reflect and set personal goals around your "sacral energy".
