Ndi b’anyi ndewo! Hope all is well! We will be having our May GBM focusing on the traditions of the Kola Nut! We will discuss upcoming events, give an idea of what our summer will look and answer any questions about convention. Then we will have a presentation with our Cultural Chair, Mrs. Chinwe Lebechi on the Kola nut with a Special Guest, High Chief Okeosisi Celestine Onyeise; 6 Ilu (Igbo Proverbs) will also be shared, part of an on-going effort to be presenting ILu (Igbo Proverbs) monthly at GBM.

Members, join us for our May GBM where we will share updates and gain some knowledge on the traditions of the Igbo staple that is The Kola Nut and learn about ILU Di Iche Iche (different Igbo Proverbs) and usages.

1-1:30pm: Arrival of Everyone. 

1:30-3pm: Meeting Starts ( introductions, updates, q/a) 

3-4pm: Cultural Presentation

4-4:30pm: Dismissal and Mingling 

 

Please be advised that parking is limited to street parking, so taking public transportation or car pooling is suggested.
