Join Meditation Circle (led by Carli Michelle*) for Breathscape, a 60-minute journey to break free from the confines of the mind through the rhythmic flow of breath and guided meditation.

What: Meditation Circle's Breathscape Event

Date: Tuesday, June 20, 2023

Time: 6:30-7:45 PM

Location: Elevated Meditation Studio | 1325 S Wabash Ave, L103, Chicago, IL 60605

This session includes:

  • quick + gentle yoga practice to help you release tension in the body
  • guided breath work session to allow you to disconnect from your thinking mind
  • guided meditation to nurture equanimity

Preparing for the session:

  • no prior experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome
  • please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment
  • the session will begin promptly at 6:35 PM
  • please dress comfortably and be prepared to relax
  • you may also like to bring water, an eye/sleep masks, and/or a journal
  • none of the above props are required; they are optional (and recommended) tools for you to find support

Entering the building:
Once you arrive to 1325 S. Wabash, please buzz "Elevated Studio" from the call box and enter both glass doors. Room L103 - Lower level DOOR on RIGHT SIDE with Keypad (across from the mail boxes).
 
Buzz 'Elevated Meditation'
  1. Go through both glass doors
  2. Enter the door on your right (across from mailboxes), using code: "3-2-5-1-Enter"
  3. Head downstairs make a right at the bottom of the stairs
  4. Walk down to the end of the hallway,  making 2 left turns
  5. The studio is straight down on the right
