Important Notice: All participants, including FLEX PAY registrants, must complete the signing of the Participation Agreement before attending their first session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of seats, and full refunds will be issued for individuals who have not signed before their initial session. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Refund Policy
Important Notice: All participants, including FLEX PAY registrants, must complete the signing of the Participation Agreement before attending their first session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of seats, and full refunds will be issued for individuals who have not signed before their initial session. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

All other cases will be handled on a case by case basis. In the event a refund is required, services may be provided if feasible in lieu of Mastermind Access after the initial expected start date. Additionally future date masterminds seats may be provided.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the Meta Mind Shift Mastermind will be rescheduled within the same year. Attendees will receive 30 days advance notice and will be granted priority reserved automatic registration for the rescheduled event. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these unforeseen circumstances.
Item Transfer Policy
Items may not be transferred without the explicit consent of Technikole Consulting. Requests for participant changes may be sent to "[email protected]" for review and consideration.
Age Restriction
All Mastermind participants must be of legal "adult" age according to their jurisdiction. The minimum allowed participant age is 16. Exceptions will not be made for this requirement due to the sensitive nature of some topics. Parental exceptions are unable to override this requirement per our service and participation agreement. Participants are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding the legal age of adulthood.
Miscellaneous Policies

This Mastermind requires all participants to sign the Participant Agreement prior to attending their first session.  Excerpts from that agreement are included above and here:

Recording Policy:

  • Recording is not allowed: Participants are prohibited from making any audio, video, or other recordings of mastermind sessions.
  • Reuse of material is allowed with explicit permission: While recording is restricted, participants can seek explicit permission from relevant parties (e.g., organizers or fellow participants) to reuse materials discussed in the mastermind sessions.

Attendance Requirement:

  • Attendance of at least one mastermind session is required monthly: Participants are expected to actively engage in the mastermind community by attending at least one session per month.
  • Failure to meet attendance requirements may be grounds for forfeit of payments: Non-compliance with the attendance requirement may result in forfeiture of payments made for the mastermind program.
  • Meeting Policies:

  • Scheduled Dates:

    • The mastermind program consists of 24 pre-scheduled dates for sessions.

  • Participation Requirement:

    • Participants are required to attend at least one session per month.

  • Scheduling Consulting and Ideation Strategy Sessions:

    • Participants are responsible for scheduling consulting and ideation strategy sessions using the calendar provided at https://technikole.com/schedule.

  • Rescheduling Notification:

    • In the event that a date must be rescheduled, participants will receive notification via email.

  • Audio and Video Requirements:

    • Microphone for Audio Participation: It is a requirement for participants to have a functioning microphone to actively engage in audio discussions during meetings.
    • Camera Participation: Camera participation is mandatory at the start of each meeting and during collaborative sessions to enhance the interactive and collaborative nature of the mastermind experience.

Respect Clause:

  • Respect must be shown even in the heat of a difference of opinion: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor, particularly when expressing differing opinions or engaging in discussions with others.

  • Difference of opinion is okay: Each participant acknowledges that diversity of thought is encouraged, and participants are free to express their opinions even if they differ from others, respectfully.
