Join us for a fun and dynamic 45-minute Barre3 workout class led by our very own Chisom Oraedu, 2025 Provost! 

Barre is a workout style that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness into a powerful workout that is beginner-friendly and open to all skill levels and genders, men don't be shy! The studio has a water fountain, but be sure to bring your own bottle. All other props will be provided, and you can choose to wear grip socks or go barefoot. We can't wait to get active and move with you all!
