General Terms

Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. All updates will be emailed to ticket holders.
Entry Requirements: Upon arrival, all attendees must present a valid ID and their event ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
Code of Conduct: All attendees must behave professionally and respectfully towards others. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual violating this policy from the event.
Privacy: Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for event management purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Photography and Recording: The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to be included in any photos or videos that may be used for promotional purposes.
Liability: The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred at the event.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation.

Event Cancellation

If the MPowered Leadership Summit is canceled, ticket holders will be notified immediately via email. All tickets will be refunded in full to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including travel or accommodation expenses.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets for the MPowered Leadership Summit may be transferred to another person if the request is made at least 48 hours before the event. To request a transfer, please email us at [email protected] with the original ticket holder's name and the new attendee's full name and contact information.

Transfers requested less than 48 hours of the event will not be accepted. Upon entry, all attendees must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the ticket.

The MPowered Leadership Summit is restricted to attendees who are 21 or older. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID to verify their age upon entry.
