Outdoor Breathwork and Soundbath

Join us for a transformative experience as we immerse ourselves in the healing power of sound and breath. Step into a world of tranquility and serenity as we host a captivating Sound Bath and Breathwork Class inside a breathtakingly beautiful space.

 

As you enter the space, you will be enveloped by an atmosphere specially curated to induce deep relaxation and inner harmony. Natural elements, and soothing aromas will transport you to a realm of peace and tranquility, allowing you to fully disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your inner self. The session will commence with an intention setting introduction, guided meditation, then harnessing the breath to release tension, and finishing with the sound bath to promote mental clarity, and cultivate a profound sense of presence. 

 

The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other ethereal instruments will fill the space, creating  a symphony of healing vibrations that wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit. Each sound wave will gently penetrate your being, helping to release energetic blockages, promote deep relaxation, and restore balance to your entire being.

To find our meeting location:

We are meeting at Bruces Beach Park. Located at 26th Street and Highland Avenue. 2601 Highland Ave, Manhattan Beach Ca. The park is on a slope overlooking the ocean and includes rolling grassy terraces with benches and small trees. It is located a few blocks from the beach, between 26th and 27th Street, and runs west from Highland Avenue to Manhattan Avenue will be meeting in the grassy area of the park. We will be meeting In the shaded nook second level from the Main Street, to the left when facing the ocean.

 

 

 

There's limited free street parking 

 

Make a right on highland Ave and drive down to ocean st and 26th and park in the public parking lot of meter parking located on the rear of the Fire Department of the Life Guard Division building.
