Our first Prince George’s Film Festival last year was a hit! From our panel discussions and networking receptions to our incredible Closing Ceremony brunch featuring Richard & Tina Lawson, our attendees gave PGFF - Take One rave reviews, and deemed the Prince George's Film Festival the premier event of the year in Prince George’s County by filmmakers and film lovers alike.
This year we’re bringing PGFF - Take Two to even greater heights -- with even better panel discussions with industry insiders and professionals, exclusive screenings and talkback with the filmmakers, workshops dedicated to animation, cinematography, and acting, networking receptions, and more -- all culminating in our brunch and awards ceremony with a discussion with our Keynote Speaker Lynn Whitfield, that you won't want to miss!
Our Films in Competition will be available for screening digitally on-demand in various categories. Selected filmmakers will have an opportunity to participate in live Q&A’s and press opportunities on-site at PGFF Take Two, so if you loved a film, you can let them know!
PGFF will take place in-person over a four (4) day schedule from September 28th through October 1st, and spans 4 different locations throughout the county – National Harbor, MGM National Harbor, Prince George’s Community College and Bowie State University.
Whether you’re an up-and-coming filmmaker or a film lover looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, there’s something at PGFF for you!
