Forty-three years ago, eight men joined the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Inc, Beta Epsilon chapter, with a common interest and journey to be servants to all mankind. They are known as the Pieces of 8 (Po8).  Although they are still serving all mankind through community service around the country, today half of those pieces are on another journey as prostate cancer survivors.

A man is diagnosed with prostate cancer every 2 minutes. African American men are diagnosed 60% more.  Will you or a loved one be next?

All men and their spouses/significant others, please come join our reunion event where we will be serving a life saving community message in Atlanta, to help men understand the importance of being proactive with their prostate health through early detection. Come listen to those who have been on their survivors' journey, and those who are in the middle of their journey fighting for their lives.  We are openly sharing their survivor’s stories and experiences as prostate cancer survivors to empower men to be proactive with their prostate health to understand what it means to be resilient before the diagnosis.

You must register to attend this 75 min event as there will be limited seating in the venue and we are expecting registration to fill up fast.  Additionally, there will be prostate cancer screening (PSA Testing) on-site along with a local urologist to address medical questions and share prostate cancer treatment options in the Atlanta region.

Challenge - The registed guest who brings the most registered guests to Fridays nights event, will receive a $25 gift card.  All guests must be registed through the on-line registration and all registed guests must stay until the end of the event. The guests count must be greater than three.  Only one gift card will be presented at the end of the event to the largest registed attending group.

Thank you for your support as we want to help men get a grip on their prostate health before a cancer diagnosis.
