ROOTS & RIDDIM SATURDAY NIGHT
• Flavors of Jamaica: Chef Rahim Muhammad has created a menu inspired by traditional Jamaican dishes with an elevated Mahari twist. Each dish is prepared with authentic spices and techniques, paying homage to the flavors that define Jamaica.
• Enjoy a selection of passed bites from 7-8 PM
• Tropical Libations: Our Beverage Director, Lisa Brown, has crafted a selection of delicious beverages inspired by classic Jamaican ingredients. Sip on libations like “Island Gyal,” a refreshing blend of tropical flavors like mango, passionfruit and pineapple, or enjoy “Roots & Tings,” a spirit-free libation made with hibiscus, sorrel, and pimento bitters. Guests will also have the option to sample a curated flight, featuring a selection of premium Jamaican inspired beverages.
• Roots, Reggae & Dancehall Beats: Feel the rhythm of Jamaica with music featuring roots reggae, dancehall, hosted by our very own Dancehall Queen, Christina Mighty! The dance floor will be open, inviting guests to move, groove, and embrace the infectious energy of Jamaican beats.
• Mahari Roots Toast & Riddim Jam: As the night unfolds, we’ll gather for the Mahari Roots toast to celebrate life, freedom, and community. Guests will raise a glass and share a toast in Jamaican Patois, honoring the strength and resilience of Jamaican culture. The evening will close with a high-energy BODY party with Mighty, where everyone is encouraged to take the floor, dance, and celebrate to the fullest.
