Self Care Sundays

Please join the Equiticity racial equity movement for Self Care Sundays! Let's share space and time together as a community as we practice self care every Sunday before the week starts. We will meet at the Go hub and walk together through North Lawndale and practice gratitude at the park. Each first time participant  will receive a gratitude journal along with holistic and mental health resources to help them start their self care journey. There will be music, nature, and good energy along with intentional conversation.
