What is Self Talk Sunday?
A cozy and creative workshop where we'll explore the way we speak to ourselves. Using reflective prompts, playful art exercises, and quiet moments of insight, we'll rewrite our inner script that shapes our self-perception.
Why self-talk?
Has a person said something to you that you will never forget? Whether it was inspiring or discouraging, those words left a lasting impression. While it is easy to identify what others say to us, being aware of what we are actually saying to ourselves is harder than we realize. Our inner dialogue impacts our relationships, mental health, growth, and overall satisfaction. It is one of our most powerful tools we have access to. You are with you everyday, let's make the best of the time you spend with yourself.
