Cancellation Policy:

We’re all about positive vibes, so canceling an event is the last thing we want to do! But if the universe throws us a curveball, here’s what you need to know:

If We Cancel: We’ll send you a heartfelt apology along with a full refund. You’ll also have the option to transfer your ticket to our next event — because we know you’re eager to join the fun!
If You Can’t Make It: We get it, sometimes life happens (or maybe Netflix drops a new season of your favorite show). Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, but you can always pass your General Admission ticket to someone else. Just give us a heads-up at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event.

NBMBAA Member Tickets: Sorry, folks! These tickets are like your gym membership — non-transferable and all yours.
