By purchasing merchandise or attending the Southwind Middle School Reunion, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attending and participating.
All Tickets & Merchandise Sales Are Final!
We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for reunion T-shirts or other merchandise once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of merchandise defects. If your items arrive damage or defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange a replacement item. Proof of the defect may be required.
Event tickets and merchandise orders are non-refundable. If the reunion event is canceled or postponed for any reason beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or alternative solutions, such as merchandise pick up or shipment.
All purchased merchandise, including reunion shirts is transferable. If you are unable to attend the event or wish to transfer the items to another attendee, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. You will need to provide the recipient's, full name, and contact information for a successful transfer.
The Southwind Middle School Reunion is designed primarily for adults who attended Southwind Middle School from 2001 to 2007. While the event is intended for guests 21 and older, we understand some attendees may wish to bring younger individuals. Please note that all attendees will be required to present a valid ID. If you choose to bring guests under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additionally, some parts of the event will be tailored to an adult audience, so we recommend exercising discretion when bringing younger guests.

By purchasing tickets, merchandise, or attending the Southwind Middle School Reunion, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Personal Injury or Property Damage
The event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event.
Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is served at the event, attendees are expected to consume responsibly. The event organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or activities at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or weather conditions.
Force Majeure
The event organizers ARE NOT liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, or other major incidents.
