What is a Crawl?

It is a bar hopping experience that will take you through several bars, lounges, and clubs. Our Crawl will bring you together with an amazing group of people from all around the world. Everyone from locals to tourists, rookies to vets. You will spend the event dancing, drinking and partying until the crawl ends!

How do our Crawls work?

Check in at the start location, here you receive your wristband and crawl map. Next you rideshare or hop on one of our party buses and hop off at the next bar or restaurant on the crawl, enjoy food and or drink specials at each location as you make your way from bar to bar while staying LIT on the buses or ridesharing!

It's simple, you’ll get free entries to all the bars, lounges and clubs you visit. The best part is that you’ll also get complimentary shots on the party buses each time you hop on, and you’ll be offered a special menu with discounts on food, drinks or hookah.

We are the only crawl that offers all crawlers a party bus experience, not to mention our motto is "All Black Everything" from city to city state to state we are looking to support Black Owned businesses Nationwide!

Please Note: We care about each of our crawlers safety and well being, therefore we do not take any crawlers back to your vehicle at the end of the crawl. We highly recommend using ridesharing apps to ensure you make it home safely.

Please Note: To participate you must be 21+, Ride Shares to the start location are highly recommended.

The Buses act as transportation and will not wait on you, they are following a strict schedule. Also we cannot ensure the bus will return to the start location, the buses will run the route from 3p-7pm any bus that comes to your location after 3pm may be your last chance to have transportation to any location.

Due to COVID-19 all attendees are required to have mask upon entering the event. All buses will run at reduced capacity and will require masks and temperature checks before access to ride the buses.

LEGAL: As a condition of your attendance at our events, you agree and irrevocably consent to your image and/or likeness being captured on film and or video, the benefit of which shall vest in Black Bar Crawl USA, LLC., it's licensees, successors and assigns, and may be distributed throughout the world in perpetuity, without limitation. All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. With RSVP and/or ticket purchase you agree to receive communications from Black Bar Crawl USA, LLC.

Please Note: Some Crawls will have the party bus option, if ticket for party bus is not available the crawl will be a walking/rideshare crawl.

Will the buses go to all the stops? No! We will provide you with the locations the buses will go to and you are more than welcome to rideshare or walk to the other locations. You will have access to the specials at each location this way you can pick where you want to go!

Do I have to sign a liability waiver?

Yes! Everyone participating must provide a valid Government photo ID at the time of the crawl. The waiver must be signed before arrival in order to expedite the check in process. If you have not signed the wavier please arrive 15 minutes early so you can sign a digital copy before boarding the bus. We do not provide or accept paper copies.

Is this event 21+? Yes.

This crawl is a guided tour with free flowing elements!

What does that mean? This simply means we provide complimentary shuttle service at the start of the crawl, the buses will run a specific route and try to stay on schedule. If you are tired of waiting or just excited to get to the next location, it's perfectly okay to rideshare to the next stop to keep the party going!

Large groups typically have a longer wait time, please be patient. The Buses and Bars will do their best to accommodate larger groups, if you must hop on the bus please be patient. It is okay to rideshare to a location if you do not want to wait.
