Join us for Celebrating Igbo Women: A Panel Discussion, a special event celebrating the achievements of Igbo women in Chicago. In honor of Women's Appreciation Month, we’ve invited four incredible Igbo women from our community to share their stories, experiences, and the impact they’re making in their fields. The panel will be followed by a Q&A session and networking opportunity.

Event Details

Celebrating Igbo Women: A Panel Discussion is a unique opportunity to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Igbo women in Chicago. In partnership with IUA (Ikwuano Umuahia Association), this event will feature four Igbo women selected from our community, each of whom is making a significant impact in their field and beyond.

Panelists:

Dr. Nicole Oparaeke, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist in Chicago

Dr. Onyinyechi U. Daniel, Healthcare Data / Analytics / Digital Executive

Amaka Winnie Monu-Igwe, In-House Counsel and Cybersecurity Specialist

Nkechi Iloka, HR Associate Director | Founder of The Corporate Curly

The discussion will explore their personal journeys, challenges, and successes, highlighting the strength and resilience of Igbo women. It will be guided by a host, with a Q&A session at the end, providing attendees a chance to engage directly with the panelists.
