Ujima Jam Sessions (https://subscribepage.com/ujimajams) are farmer-focused engagements that are virtual or in-person and focused on: sharing information (guest speakers), sharing resources, learning together, and helping each other out on our farms (think all-hands work days, with refreshments and/or on-farm demos from experts).
Launched in 2022 as peer learning circles to better meet the needs of Black and other underserved beginning farmers in Future Harvest's Beginning Farmer Training Program, Ujima Jams are now a farmer-led initiative supported by OurSpace.

Love Bug is a farm in Upper Marlboro, MD that grows nutrient dense foods using regenerative farming practices that prioritize building soil health and supporting healthy ecosystems. Most of our vegetables are sold directly to families within 15 to 20 miles of our farm or to small businesses within our metro region.
Nearly all of our produce is washed, packed and distributed within a day or two of being harvested.
